We understand your dog's need for a safe place where they will be loved and cared for by people they can trust. Our professional staff has the experience and knowledge to provide your best friend with exceptional care during their stay.
Our newly built, spacious staterooms provide the comfort of home with raised Kuranda beds, blankets, dimmed lighting and lavender aromatherapy for them to relax in after a fun-filled day of playing with their friends at daycare.
Extra snuggles from the staff right before bedtime is always included!

Your dog will feel right at home in one of our newly built, spacious and private suites with tempered glass doors and raised beds with blankets.
Large enough for two large or three small family members to share.
NEW DOG EVALUATION
Shipyard Dog Co. requires all new dogs to participate in a no charge evaluation prior to using daycare or boarding services. Evaluations consist of a 1-2 hour period in which your dog will be slowly introduced to the staff and the other dog guests to make sure they are a good fit for our daycare. If they pass then they are welcome to stay for the rest of the day at no charge! To schedule your evaluation please create a Gingr profile online and upload your dogs current vaccine records. Once your profile is complete online please call/text us at (781) 749-1094 to book your evaluation!
Evaluations are required prior to any daycare or boarding services.

PUPPIES
Puppies!!! We LOVE puppies! They just must be old enough to to receive all of their vaccinations prior to joining us.
COME PLAY
To remain eligible for daycare and boarding, your dog must come aboard at least once every 6 months. If not, they may have to schedule a new evaluation.
IS DAYCARE INCLUDED WITH BOARDING?
Yes! All dogs that come here for boarding spend their days playing with all the other dogs in daycare for no extra charge during their stay.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY DOG THAT IS BOARDING?
Food: All meals must be individually measured out in ziplock bags (or eco-friendly ones we can return) for each day and labelled with your dog’s name and any special feeding instructions. Please bring a couple of extra days in case plans change.
We also have a refrigerator and microwave to prepare special diets if required.
Please Note: In the event that not enough meals are brought in and we cannot reach you, your dog will receive our house food at a charge of $2.50 per meal. (Purina ONE Smart Blend Sensitive Stomach).
Medication: Topical and oral medication are administered at no additional charge. Please label the medication with your dog’s name and detailed instructions on how/when to administer it if not in the original prescription bottle. We do not administer injectables.
Personal Items: We supply everything your dog will need including bowls, Kuranda beds and blankets for their comfort while staying with us. Personal items, such as toys, blankets or beds may also be brought in. Please label all belongings in permanent marker and make sure blankets and beds will fit in a standard sized washer and dryer.
Please Note: We are not responsible for items that may be lost, chewed, or destroyed.
